Dubai Harbour
Meraas Holding's opulent waterfront project, Dubai Harbour, is more than 20 million square feet in size. It is situated in an area known as Mina Al Seyahi, off King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, at the convergence of Bluewaters Island and the famous Palm Jumeirah.
With 1,100 berths that can handle the largest private boats, Dubai Harbour will have the largest marina in the MENA area. Fueling stations, a crew facility, a yachting hub, a helipad, the Grey and Black Water Service, and a sailing club are among the amenities available at the marina.
In order to accommodate the full passenger turnaround of two cruise ships at once, there will also be two top-notch cruise terminals totaling more than 120,000 square feet. For the most opulent experience, each terminal offers entertainment, shopping, and leisure options. The airport, hotels, yacht club, and cruise terminal will all be served by an advanced transportation system.
A 135-meter-tall Dubai Lighthouse with an observation deck will also be visible from Dubai Harbour. One of Dubai's most well-known developers, Emaar Properties, will construct a luxury hotel and luxury residences. A yacht club, restaurants, retail space, and an 875,000-square-foot shopping mall are among the other attractions in Dubai Harbour.
