Maritime City is an area located within Dubai. The project is being developed by DP World, but initially it was by DMC.

Dubai Martime City is a mixed-use waterfront community on a man made peninsula located between Port Rasheed and Dubai Dry Docks, 3k from Sheik Zayed Road and 10k from Dubai international airport.
