Dubai Martime City is a mixed-use waterfront community on a man made peninsula located between Port Rasheed and Dubai Dry Docks, 3k from Sheik Zayed Road and 10k from Dubai international airport. Originally launched in 2004 before halting and re launching in 2009 the development will include Apartments, Residential Plots, Offices, Commercial Plots, Hotels, Hotel Serviced Apartments, the and a 1,000-berth marina. Also in the master plan is to have the nation’s first Maritime museum.
IN A NUTSHELL :
Except for ANWA by Omniyat, all of these are off-plan apartment buildings. Once these developments are ready, Dubai Maritime City will have a wide collection of studios, 1-bed, 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed apartments of various sizes and configurations.
Dubai Maritime City offers a range of amenities and services to residents, including supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The area also features a yacht club, marina, and a maritime museum.
There are no schools located within Dubai Maritime City, but there are several schools in the neighboring areas that cater to students of all ages. Some of the notable schools in the area include GEMS Wellington Academy, Deira International School, and Dubai International Academy.
Healthcare facilities available to residents in Dubai Maritime City include the Mediclinic Dubai Festival City, located approximately 10 minutes away by car.
