Description
Sobha Hartland is a 8,000,000 square foot blended use improvement at the north eastern corner of Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City where the Ras Al Khoor Road (E44) meets the Dubai - Al Ain Road (E66). It is three kilometers from Burj Khalifa.
The private part incorporates freehold studios, one-, two-, and three-room lofts, duplexes, apartments, and four-, five-, and six-room estates. It is under development in three stages.
