MAG About 48,000 square meters of the city are used for retail areas. The project costs 2 billion Dh. It will contain 5,100 villas and flats when it is finished in five phases over the course of four to five years. By 2023, the first and second phases are anticipated to be completed. Within a maximum of five years following the start of construction, handover is anticipated. On December 14, 2019, the project's Dh2 billion groundbreaking ceremony took place. The developer made a commitment at the time to finish the project's first phase on schedule in 2022. VX Architects was in charge of the initial concept designs. 150 townhouses and 912 units will be housed in five structures that make up the first phase.
The second phase will include 92 townhomes and four towers with a total of 600 flats. The apartment complexes will provide studios and one-bedroom flats that are completely furnished. The 694 townhomes have two, three, or four bedrooms. Although there are no current plans to build the line, the development is situated near a potential future extension of the Al Etihad Rail Line. After a full redesign in 2022, the northern part of the concept currently consists of high-density luxury townhouses encircling a central park. It appears that the apartment buildings have been abandoned.
