Falcon City of Wonders Overview:

Falcon City of Wonders is a real estate megaproject at the premier location of Dubailand. It was launched in 2005 by Falconcity of Wonders LLC (FCW), a private company founded by Salem Ahmad AlMoosa Enterprises. The master plan of this emerging development includes recreation of the seven wonders of the world, a signature theme park, commercial facilities, sports venues, family recreation centers, and educational institutes. To meet the requirements of both, investors and residents, there will also be over 30,000 residential properties of various sizes and designs.

The development of Falcon City of Wonders features a 42-million-square-foot large plot shaped like a falcon. It represents the UAE’s national emblem and is in line with the country’s vision to expand Dubai’s tourism sector.

 The project includes different luxurious international-themed villas, spacious apartments, shopping malls, hotels, premium business offices, fine-dining restaurants, health clubs, spas, nurseries, schools, and parks.

It was first proposed as part of the DubaiLand project in 2005, but like so many other schemes at that time it ground to a halt during the 2008 global financial crisis. The project is now picking up speed thanks to interest from a number of Indian investors, and the first residential buildings are finished and occupied, although the Wonders are not yet built.
