Description
Aykon City is a multi-building complex under development in Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. The project is being developed by Damac Properties through its subsidiary Damac Canal Two Property Development.
IN A NUTSHELL
- The development comprises three individual buildings: Aykon City Luxury Residences, Aykon City Serviced Apartments and Safa Two by De Grisogono.
- Each building will comprise a mix of studios, one- , two- and three-bedroom apartments.
- Tower A was originally designed as an 80-storey building, but was redesigned in 2017 to be a 90-storey twisting tower, then finally reworked in 2022 to become "Safa Two by De Grisogono."
- Tower B has also been redesigned and is now 80 storeys, up from 63.
- Tower C is to be a 60-storey residential building with studios and one-, two- and three bedroom apartments.
- Tower D was originally to be a 65-storey office building, since changed to Safa Two by De Grisogono.
