Al Warqaa 1:

Al Warqaa is a newly established and quickly growing neighbourhood that symbolises the growth of the Dubai real estate industry. Al Warqaa earns the title of a reasonably priced region for renting houses because of its freshly built residential properties, which include a mix of flats and villas.
