A mixed-use complex consisting of a 16-story apartment building and a 56-story office skyscraper in Business Bay.
The four-story, 17,000 square meter retail and parking podium that unites the two buildings has a 10,000 square meter public area encircling it on top.
A restaurant pavilion covered in glass with water features and terraced gardens connecting several levels to the public space that includes an event space, a shade garden, a shared swimming pool with an infinity edge, and an integrated Jacuzzi is located at one corner.
The area beneath the residential block is taken up by the shade gardens outside, which are a veritable rainbow of little, semi-private tropical settings complete with pools and garden furniture, "all providing a cumulative response to the harsh desert sun.
There are four entryways on the block that lead to a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom flats. There is a large, rectangular hole in the midst of it, which suggests that it is a gateway with a grand staircase leading down to the edge of a large manmade lake that borders the property.
There is a five-story atrium with cafés, prayer spaces, public restrooms, and a three-lift lobby at the foot of the office tower.
The 256-meter tower's floor plates twist at different angles and degrees as it rises in height.
