The Pulse
One of the first two communities to be constructed in the Residential District at Dubai South is called The Pulse. The Villages is the other. The Dubai Government owns the developer, Dubai South, which is constructing thousands of houses, stores, and workplaces on a 145-square-kilometer plot near Al Maktoum International Airport. centering on a six-lane highway, The Pulse comprises 14 apartment buildings, 236 townhouses, 2 hotels, a mosque, and a mall. The first townhouses were constructed, and they included two and three bedrooms. They were delivered in 2020. Each home has a separate entrance, terrace, and garden.
The Pulse Boulevard Apartments, a collection of four 12-story blocks, and The Pulse Residences, a collection of ten mid-rise blocks, were both finished in 2020. The buildings have a small one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments that are ideal for couples, recent graduates, and small families. The Dubai Government's new "happy meter," which asks customers to rate their degree of satisfaction, is being used for the first time by property developer Dubai South. When enough people express their dissatisfaction with the developer's website, the government will hold the corporation accountable.
Dubai South decided to divide the smaller studio and one-bedroom flats from the larger two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments in these first blocks to foster a happy neighborhood. It is thought that doing this will prevent minors from disturbing singles and couples.
