The Grove estate villas at Sobha Sanctuary are a cluster of low-rise villas located in the newest master-planned community by Sobha Realty. The architecture of Sobha Sanctuary, which spans around 37.5 million square feet, is based on the straightforward idea that half of its land will be kept open as parks, streams, and community areas.
