Description
- AKA Marina Hotel & Residences is a multi-building complex planned for Dubai Marina, Dubai.

AKA International made the planned development public in April 2017. It consists of a 60-story residential tower with 420 serviced apartments and a 23-story hotel tower with 350 guestrooms.
The towers are arranged on a four-story platform that houses shops, offices, restaurants, cafés, conference spaces, a 600 m³ ballroom, and an arrivals area.
