W Residences Dubai is a multi-building complex on The Palm Crescent, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.Sub-buildings
The development comprises two individual buildings:- W Residences Building 1
- W Residences Building 2
The W Residences are made up of two zigzag-shaped structures that are next to each other. There are 104 coastal apartments spread between two buildings, one facing the Arabian Gulf and the other overlooking the interior of the Palm.
Each of the eight 'mansions' that make up the twin apartment towers has two units on each floor. On top of each building are three duplex penthouses and two ultra-luxurious penthouses.
- Every one of the 'mansions' has a separate elevator and lobby.
- Apartments with two, three, four, or five bedrooms range in size from 4,800 to 15,000 square feet.
- The apartments have spacious terraces, gardens, and breathtaking floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the skyline and ocean. A few of the larger apartments feature private pools.
