Description
A family-oriented residential community of 129 low-rise buildings opening onto each other, creating secluded courtyards and open plazas. The Gardens is a family-oriented residential community located next to Jebel Ali.
The 129 low-rise buildings contain a total of 3,828 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments.
The buildings open onto each other, creating secluded courtyards and open plazas, linked by walkways and pebbled garden paths.
Amenities include landscaped gardens, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts, swimming pools, 'on-call' 24-hour maintenance and patrolling security.
The first phase of The Gardens was completed in 2003 and is now home to more than 10,000 residents.
The Gardens community is located just a short distance from Ibn Battuta Mall, a themed shopping complex designed to reflect the travels of 14th century Arabian explorer, Ibn Battuta.
The Gardens is a relatively small neighbourhood nestled between Jebel Ali Village, Sheikh Zayed Road and Discovery Gardens. It is one of the most attractive yet reasonably priced residential communities in Dubai. Those who work in the Jebel Ali Freezone can rent properties here. Boasting a family-friendly vibe, The Gardens lives up to its name and features luxury properties amidst lush green surroundings. Also, it is only a short drive from Abu Dhabi, so many residents frequently visit the sister emirate for work and leisure activities.
This 220-hectare development is pet-friendly and provides access to all the amenities expected from any modern residential development in Dubai. The Gardens is developed and managed by Nakheel Properties, one of the leading real estate developers in the emirate.
