Arjan is the home of Skyz by the Danube.
A 41-story residential skyscraper called Skyz the by Danube is currently under construction in Arjan, Al Barsha South 3, Al Barsha South, Dubai.
Danube Properties Development is the company working on the project.
An estimated 808 units will be present in the development.
Studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and studios will all be included in Skyz by the Danube.
