Niki Lauda Twin Towers:

Several buildings are being constructed as part of the Niki Lauda Twin Towers project in Dubai's Business Bay.
Define Properties is the project's developer.
The project started in 2008.
Al Hazmi & Associates Consultant is the architectural consultant.
International Foundation Group is doing the foundation work, and Saqer Engineering & Contracting Enterprises is handling the main building work.
German developer ACI planned a twin skyscraper construction in Business Bay with 29 and 26 stories in 2007, however, it was never built.
Office and retail space were intended to be included in the project.
In Dubai, ACI unveiled many structures bearing the names of famous people in 2007.
These towers included Michael Schumacher Business Avenue, Boris Becker Business Tower, and Niki Lauda Twin Towers.
Following the collapse of Dubai's real estate market in 2009, all three of the branded projects' construction was put on hold.
In September of that same year, ACI Real Estate also filed for bankruptcy on behalf of four of its seven property funds.
