Al Warqaa 2:
Al Warqaa is a newly established and quickly growing neighbourhood that symbolises the growth of the Dubai real estate industry. Al Warqaa earns the title of a reasonably priced region for renting houses because of its freshly built residential properties, which include a mix of flats and villas. It has developed into a full-fledged residential area and is home to several prestigious schools, Warqa Mall, dining options, and various other attractions. The region, which is separated into five sub-communities called Warqa'a 1 through Al Warqa'a 5, has seen significant growth over the years, particularly in its residential constructions. Not to mention, Al Warqaa is the proud owner of three community parks located around the United Arab Emirates (UAE), including Dubai Safari Park, one of the largest safari parks in the country.
The master community is divided into five sub-districts, each with a number from 1 to 5, and is named after a common bird (known as a "warqaa" in Arabic), which resembles a dove. While Al Warqaa 5 is made up of the various components that make up Dubai Safari Park, Al Warqaa 1, 2, 3, and 4 are primarily residential sub-communities.
Al Warqaa, once thought to be on the fringes of the city, is today a well-liked and linked region. Why else would it not be? The master community is bordered on the west by the well-known Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed highway, and on the south by Al Awir Road. Additionally, the neighbourhood has become more visible in the real estate market as a result of the construction of the highly anticipated International City nearby Warqa. Along with sharing a northeast boundary with Dubai Creek, the neighbourhood is bordered by other established neighbourhoods including Nad Al Hammar, Midriff, and Al Warsan.
