Al Mamzar:

Al Mamzar Dubai, one of the earliest waterfront developments, is situated in the region of northeastern Dubai. Since its start, it has housed many families, though some developments, which are more recent, aim to give more residences, offices, and recreation areas. The Al Mamzar Beach Park is a popular destination for both locals and visitors. The island, the community in Dubai, and the remaining Al Mamzar region in Sharjah make up this beachside attraction in Dubai.
