Al Khabisi, sometimes known as Al Khabaisi, is a 100-hectare area in Dubai's east. It shares boundaries with Hor Al Anz, Al Twar, and Al Muraqqabat and is located near the commercially important district of Deira. The majority of the neighborhoods are made up of business areas such as office buildings, warehouses, and hotel plazas. The streets are lined with micro markets, bookstorestirecenter, tire shops, car showrooms, auto accessory shops, and courier services. Thus, it can be said to be a mixed-use commercial area with a large number of street-level stores.
